BIOGRAPHY
Brenda enjoys working with her clients to help them with their Real Estate purchase and sale transactions, Personal Planning documents, and Notarizations. Brenda came to Canada from Punjab India with her family when she was eight years old. She grew up on Vancouver Island and moved to the Lower Mainland after graduating from high school and getting married.
She has lived in Surrey since 1987, where she raised her three children with her husband, Santokh. From 1986 to 2015 Brenda worked for the federal government in various business lines including Employment Insurance (EI); EI Investigations; and Program Delivery.

Purchase & Sale of Property
When you buy or sell property, you need a notary or a lawyer to process the transaction – this is called a conveyance of legal title from the seller to the buyer.
This process involves preparing the documents, researching the property title, paying out or registering mortgages, and handling the purchase and sale proceeds.

Personal Planning
Wills- A Will comes into effect after a person passes away.
Powers of Attorney- A POA can only be used while you are alive.
Representation Agreements(RA)- A RA can only be used while you are alive.
Advance Directives(AD)- In an AD, you write down what you want and what you do not want for end of life medical treatment.
