BIOGRAPHY
Brenda enjoys working with her clients to help them with their Real Estate purchase and sale transactions, Personal Planning documents, and Notarizations. Brenda came to Canada from Punjab India with her family when she was eight years old. She grew up on Vancouver Island and moved to the Lower Mainland after graduating from high school and getting married.

She has lived in Surrey since 1987, where she raised her three children with her husband, Santokh. From 1986 to 2015 Brenda worked for the federal government in various business lines including Employment Insurance (EI); EI Investigations; and Program Delivery.

Our mission is to provide the highest standard of notarial services to our clients.In support of this mission, we are committed to continuously increase our knowledge, skills, and proficiency in matters relating to the practice of the profession of Notaries Public; and following the regulated professional and ethical standards.

I called this office to get a last minute notarization yesterday (Saturday) to get the documents notarized on Monday. The receptionist (which unfortunately i can’t remember her name) I spoke to had outstanding customer service and did everything she could to move their already busy schedule around to help me out. I was able to find another office that could do it sooner in the day as it was very time sensitive, but I have to give this office a 5 star rating because of how this receptionist went above and beyond for me. I will definitely be using this notary in the future because of this experience and their outstanding service.

My husband and I found this Public Notary as we where in urgent need to have a document notarized. Avy took our call and advocated on our behalf to have the document notarized the same day. It had been quite a frustrating day for us, as some of the offices we had reached out to had the person in charge of this particular process out of the office for the day or out in vacation. We needed to have it done right away so that we send it out for authentication. Both Avy and Manreet were very helpful on notarizing but also printing the instructions and guiding on how to send out our documents for authentication.Great business, great people… Very satisfied!👍🏽They went out, beyond providing the great efficient, and quick service. We were first home buyers. Brenda made the process a breeze for us. She patiently walked us through all the documents and what they meant and what to expect.We were in a situation where we were not in town during the closing and posession of the property. Brenda and team accomodated it, help us sign all the document well ahead of time.After the sale was complete and after receiving our money for property the seller was not willing to hand over the keys on the day of posession. We did not expect this but Brenda reached out to the seller lawyers immediately and with a little nudge from her our realtor received the keys on the possesion day.We are very satisfied with the service we received. Overall I will recommend Brenda and team for all legal needs.

This is my third visit to have documents notarized and each time everyone there has been beyond helpful. I was having problems with one document as the government I was submitting them to was very specific with the wording I needed on my document. Brenda went out of her way to create a whole new document and statement to match what the government was needing. Such a professional and kind group of people. I live about an hour away and each time drive to this business just to work with these incredibly kind and professional staff.Will always be using their services.Thanks again for all your help!
